Accommodations:

The photos show you the layout, I will tell you some of the highlights of the interior. As you step below you first notice how warm and inviting the main saloon is and you realize that there are no boat odors. There is fitted light gray carpet over the teak and holly cabin sole. The owner installed a Balmar cabin heater at the forward end of the starboard settee and the painted tiles add color and brightness to the interior. The cushions on the settee and dinette are in excellent condition and you get the feeling that the owner of this boat has a close relationship with the local canvas shop, all of the fabric on this boat is nice. On the main bulkhead is a mirror with a custom made teak frame that opens up the space. There is a large chart table to starboard. This is something you don't see on many of the newer boats, a sit down chart table/desk from which to manage the boat. In the walkthru to the aft cabin there is a really nice work area with LOTS of stowage and a real vice mounted on the "work bench". Opposite the work bench is engine access, opening the access door you see a gleaming new Yanmar diesel with 14 horse power more that the original and lots of lighting. It's the clean under the engine and filters are easy to get to. Further aft you enter an aft cabin with a full size real bed and cool ports on the transom that provide a view. There is a head to port for the owner's cabin. There is a second head forward for guests.
This boat is dry. There are no signs of leaks old or new anywhere. There are custom features that knowledgeable owners of 20 years have added as they have cruised and lived aboard. This is a really nice boat.

Galley:

The galley is located on the port side amidships and has nice ventilation from 2 adjacent opening ports. It is an efficient work space safe in sea conditions. There is more stowage space than can be found in much larger boats and nice dedicated counter space keeping the ice box top available while preparing food. The ice box has additional insulation and is cooled by a 12volt Grunert compressor air and water cooled. The ice box has a freezer section and is forward of the galley and provides a nice place for a dry bar at cocktail time. There are double sinks with pressure fresh water and salt water, a Hillerange 3 burner propane stove with oven and a built in microwave oven. There are 4 ten pound propane bottles. A rail mounted grill completes cooking package.
