EQUIPMENT DETAILS:
"MAJESTIC DREAM" is a well maintained well equipped example of the Vagabond 47.
She is in current active use and her excellent maintenance and upgrades reflect
the care and pride of ownership in this fine yacht. The main and mizzen spars
are Hood Stoway internal furling masts, with the main being electric or manual
furling. The two headsails are also furling which makes the rig ideal for the
single hander or short handed crew.
This is a true three cabin layout with upper and lower berths in the third cabin located aft
and to starboard. In addition to the traditional solid teak interiors found in
the Vagabond yachts, "MAJESTIC DREAM" is equipped with a 5.5 KW Northern Lights
generator, reverse cycle air conditioning, watermaker, dinghy w/outboard and
lots more. The main saloon has an L-shaped settee to starboard, a straight
settee to port with a table. The navigation station is aft and to starboard in
the main saloon and faces forward. Aft of the navigation table is an enclosed
quarter cabin with upper and lower berths. Forward of the main saloon and to
port is a head, directly across to starboard is a large hanging locker. The
forward cabin has an offset pullout double berth. Aft of the main saloon and to
port is the galley followed aft by the owner's stateroom with queen sized berth
and head with separate stall shower. The entire interior is finished in
beautifully hand crafted teak, with teak and holly cabin sole, and new
upholstery in 2008.
Bright work is sparkling with (4) coats of new varnish on
the caprails.
The sellers have been cruising for the past six years and are anxious to move on
to another adventure. "MAJESTIC DREAM" is a show stopper wherever she goes and
is worthy of your consideration if you are a serious cruiser or liveaboard.
